Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you believe that you are not satisfied with the services provided by Adahost Information Technologies within 7 days, you can cancel your service and receive a refund through your customer panel.

The refund guarantee does not apply to services other than web hosting and reseller hosting (such as domain registration-transfer, VPS-VDS, dedicated server, SSL certificate, co-location, licensing, software, etc.). Domain names, VPS-VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, co-location, licenses, and software services cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be given for these services. All refunds will be made within the same or the following business day after your refund request. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the structure of your bank and may take 7 to 30 days. This is not within our company's control. The refund guarantee does not cover accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to non-compliance with the service agreement. Each user can only request a refund for their first purchased service. For example, if you have previously purchased or are currently purchasing a service from Adahost, and you purchase a second service, the refund guarantee does not apply to this second service.
