This page contains informative content about the responsibilities of our company regarding Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which has been enacted to protect privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the rights you have as a user. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, written applications regarding these rights must be submitted to ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri, the data controller ('ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri' hereinafter), either through this Personal Data Subject Application Form or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ('Board'). Similarly, protecting the personal data of our valued users who visit our websites and benefit from our services is one of our top priorities within the scope of Turkish Republic laws. Personal data refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, such as name, surname, Turkish identification number, contact information, and any other relevant information. Your personal data may be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK'), Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications, regulations of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, the Personal Data Protection Authority, and other legislation; and our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an adequate level of security to prevent the unlawful processing, unauthorized access, and preservation of your personal data, in accordance with the relevant legislation. In this regard, written applications addressed to ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri, including the printed output of this form, can be submitted by the Applicant personally, through a notary public, signed with a 'secure electronic signature' defined in Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signature and sent to our company's registered e-mail address, or through the registered e-mail address provided by the Applicant, or by sending it to ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri's registered e-mail address. The explanations regarding written application channels and the information notes to be provided in submissions are provided in the table below.
According to Article 4 of the KVKK: Personal data can only be processed in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in this Law and other laws. The following principles must be adhered to in the processing of personal data: Compliance with the law and fairness. Accuracy and, where necessary, being up to date. Processing for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed. Preservation for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation or the purpose for which they are processed. Your personal data may be collected, processed, and updated by ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri through various means, including but not limited to automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, verbally, in writing, or electronically, depending on the products, services, or commercial activities provided by ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri. Additionally, when you visit our website or participate in trainings, seminars, or events organized by ADAHOST Bilişim Teknolojileri, your personal data may be processed.
Your recorded personal data may be shared with third-party companies, institutions, and organizations for domain registration, license registration, SSL registration, and similar services. It may also be shared with the software manufacturers associated with the services and licenses used in server hosting, banking or credit card institutions for payment and collection services, third-party email delivery companies for email sending services, companies and institutions processing electronic documents such as e-invoice and e-archive for billing and accounting operations, third-party statistics and analysis companies for measuring user experiences and conducting marketing campaigns, and authorized public institutions and individuals in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law, as required. Your personal data collected may be processed by our departments to provide you with the products and services offered by ADAHOST Information Technologies, to personalize the products and services of ADAHOST Information Technologies according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, to ensure the legal and commercial security of ADAHOST Information Technologies and individuals in a business relationship with ADAHOST Information Technologies, to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of ADAHOST Information Technologies, and to carry out human resources policies. In this context, your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK Law.
Your personal data is obtained by ADAHOST Information Technologies in any kind of oral, written, or electronic medium in order to provide the products and services offered by ADAHOST Information Technologies within the legal framework and to fulfill the contractual and legal obligations of ADAHOST Information Technologies completely and accurately. Accordingly, your personal data collected for this legal basis may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law, as well as for the purposes stated in items (1) and (2) of this text.
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to ADAHOST Information Technologies through the methods specified below, ADAHOST Information Technologies will respond to your request free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, ADAHOST Information Technologies will charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
To learn whether their personal data is processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, to know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred within the country or abroad, to request the rectification of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed and to request notification of the operations made within this scope to the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Article 6698 and other relevant laws, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the law, in case the reasons requiring their processing are eliminated, to object to the occurrence of a result against themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request the compensation of the damage in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of their personal data. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of Law No. 6698, you can submit your request to use your rights mentioned above to ADAHOST Information Technologies in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you need to submit your application in writing to ADAHOST Information Technologies in accordance with Law No. 6698.
